Installation and activation for macOS
Download Installer
Open the Mobile Agent for macOS installer
Install
Drag the NTT logo icon into the applications directory
Open
Go to the applications directory and launch the Mobile Agent
Add activation token
Enter the activation token from the Service Experience Insights activation email or one that has been provided by another trusted source
Activate
Click the activation button and the Mobile Agent will start monitoring the internet quality in your area

Follow the onscreen instructions to complete installation. Admin-level permission is not required for installation
Open
Go to the applications directory and launch the Service Experience Insights Agent
Add activation token
Enter the activation token from the Service Experience Insights activation email or that was provided by another trusted source
Activate
Click the activation button and Service Experience Insights will start monitoring the internet quality in your area
Privacy and Security
The Service Experience Insights Agent software measures the quality of your internet connection to business systems from the location of your work PC.
It does NOT monitor websites you visit or any activity of other devices on your network, collect sensitive data on your PC, or enable remote access. For more information, please visit the Service Experience Insights Privacy Policy.
