CloudWAN is not a replacement for legacy big-enterprise SD-WAN or low-end “SD-WAN lite” products. Instead, CloudWAN allows service providers to create a tailored SD-WAN offering for specific use cases and vertical markets. With CloudWAN, service providers no longer have to choose between asking their clients to settle for “almost SD-WAN” or forcing large enterprise SD-WAN solutions to get the networking features they need.
